Items I'm Currently in Love with @ Target
Ohhhhh my “love- hate”…. but truly love relationship with Target.
I know you’ve all probably seen a Target meme or two regarding this store being a complete trap because of all the beautiful things it possesses…
And If I’m being completely honest, I’ve been victim to the Target check-out final total shock many times. Target’s “buy-online, pick up in-store” feature is the only way I’ve managed not to leave Target with hundreds of dollars worth of stuff that I didn’t know I needed over the past few years. One-click shopping, pick up at the front of the store- and you don’t have to fall into the trap walking through the clothing section and then down the home decor aisles… and then into the credit card bill “walk of shame”, a few weeks later. If Target was smart they’d put online pick-ups in the back of the store, so you have to walk through all of these aisles to get to your online purchase… kind of like the grocery store does with all the necessities of bread and milk.
Anyways lately, if I’ve found myself in Target, I noticed that most of the items that I’ve been drawn to are from Target’s new brand called Project 62. It’s been around for a little over a year and I only discovered it a few months back while cruising the aisles of Target, when a stranger asked me for my opinion on two rugs she was trying to decide between. I ultimately fell in love with the one I recommended she choose and next thing I knew I came home to order 4 runners for my house.
If I had to describe my favorite home decor style it would be “Modern Farmhouse” and I feel like the modern-ness of Project 62’s brand along with it’s super reasonable pricing is perfect to bring the “modern” part to any farmhouse style.
